4 Days in Bordeaux, France
From 30 November to 3 December 2026, Vinitech-Sifel will celebrate its 25th edition at the Bordeaux Exhibition Centre, bringing together professionals from the wine-growing, fruit-growing and vegetable-growing sectors. In a context of profound climatic, economic and societal changes, the event supports industry stakeholders in their strategic decision-making through practical solutions, applicable innovations and valuable feedback from the field. Vinitech-Sifel will welcome 700 exhibitors from 24 countries and 40,000 professionals across 70,000 sqm of exhibition space. The exhibition will cover the entire value chain, from production through to market distribution.
The following will provide information pertaining to participation in this opportunity as part of the Nova Scotia delegation. Please note, the conference is intended for, and will bring the highest benefits to, those who are directly attached to and working in the grape and wine industry.
When registering, please be sure to identify your vineyard/winery/company name as some opportunities over the course of the programming are available to only one person/company/tour.
Vinitech Sifel website. An overview of what is on offer over the 4 days. Generally, the mornings are spent at the trade show taking in viticulture innovations and sessions, while the afternoons will be spent on technical tours of vineyards and wineries and will cover a range of topics.
Important:
Specifically for international visitors there will be a Pre-Program of Tours on 30 November. The pre-program tours are available to one person/company/tour. The schedule is available here. As an international visitor, pay close attention to the process for conference registration. A code will be required to be considered part of the Nova Scotia delegation and will be released to GGANS (which we will share here) a few days in advance of registration opening on July 10, 2026. The code will allow access to an international visitor badge which unlocks access to the trade show, meals at the show, and bus transportation to and from the technical tour destinations for the duration of the conference.
Once registration is confirmed, please contact Katarina Vucic at kvucic @ perennia.ca to notify her of your attendance so she can include your name as one of the Nova Scotia delegation.
